Is there s Shabbos elevator?
Yes! Most of the apartments are on high floors and have a Shabbos elevator that goes straight up. We also have everything else you might need for Shabbos — hot water on the kumkum, a plata, Havdalah set, and more.
Are the pools heated?
Yes — all pools can be heated! They’re usually warm and ready during the winter, and in the summer, heating is available upon request. You can enjoy the pool all year round.
What’s nearby?
There are a few shuls within a 5-minute walk, plus over 15 Mehadrin restaurants, bars, and cafes. You’ll also find nightlife, a bowling alley, mall, and even a movie theater — all close by!
Where are the aparments located?
The apartments are on the marina in North Ashkelon, right on Yefei Nof Street. That’s about 55 minutes from Yerushalayim and 45 minutes from Beit Shemesh — super easy to get to!
